Located on the corner of 27th and Sterling, Connor's is housed in an old bank. The building is a three storey fortress, still retaining many of the security features associated with its former function.

The public areas of the building are located at ground level, together with a large, well-equiped kitchen. Windows on this level are tall and narrow. The next floor up currently serves as office space and storage, and Connor has an apartment there.

The top floor has several basic apartments, each with its own shower and toilet facilities. There is also a small room with a working bathtub.

Access to the upper floors is via a stairwell, accessed from the bar, which also has a (lockable) door opening into an alley at the back of the building.
